Annual Obligation
- Annual Return
All companies registered in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance, except dormant companies, are required to deliver every year an Annual Return with correct registration fee to the Registrar for registration Every year within 42 days after the return date.Certified true copies of the company’s financial statements including the report of the auditors and the report of the directors are required for the public and guarantee companies to lodge with the Companies Registry in filing Annual Returns.

Annual general meeting
A company must hold a general meeting as its annual general meeting in respect of each financial year of the company within the following period:
