Background
Mr. Tang, a founder of TANDEM (HK) CPA Limited since 2014. He has extensive experience in providing audit or consultation services to various mergers and acquisitions. These clients include multinational corporations, listed companies, investment fund, trading companies, construction and licensed corporations regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Future Commission etc.
Mr. Tang has considerable experience in IPO projects of Hong Kong and PRC enterprises. In recent years, Mr. Tang has acted as consultant for a number of Hong Kong and PRC enterprises, successfully assisting them to go listed on the Main Board and GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Mr. Tang also took charge in financial due-diligence in a wide range of industries, including construction, retail, information technology and energy & resources.
